ORDERING AND SHIPPING

PWR PRO LLC will normally ship products within seven (7) days from the
date on which it receives an order. PWR PRO LLC will expeditiously ship any part of an order currently in stock. Once product has been shipped, if the shipment is rejected the Customer will be charged the entire shipping charge, including the return shipping charge. A rejected shipment is still subject to a restock fee identified in REFUND POLICY. In the event an order has a known error, rather than just rejecting the shipment, Customers should accept the shipment and contact Customer Service to obtain a return shipping label or to otherwise coordinate the return/exchange. If, an ordered item is out-of-stock, it will be placed on back order and sent to the Customer when PWR PRO LLC receives additional inventory. PWR PRO LLC will notify Customers if items
are back-ordered and are not expected to ship within thirty (30) days from the date of the order. An estimated shipping date will also be provided. Back ordered items may be canceled upon a Customer’s request. Customers may request a refund, credit on account, or replacement merchandise for canceled back orders.
